With the amount of moaning first minister Carwyn Jones have been making. You would think he was a Welsh nationalist. Wales need a strong Plaid Cymru, just as Scotland has a strong SNP. Why, because both the Labour party and the Conservative party has taken Wales for granted for too long. This is the reason why Scotland got a better fiancial package based on the Barnett Formula.
