How much time should MPs be given to debate the most fundamental upheaval of state education system in 60 years? The BHA is deeply concerned that by steamrollering the Bill through Parliament, the government risks significantly increasing the power of religious groups in our school system. Religious Academies, like any kind of “faith school”, are divisive and discriminatory.
