I have to agree with Annabel Goldie that having people commit crimes that result in judges wanting to send these criminals to jail but there being no space is unsustainable. Something has to give. Money is tight and building new prisons would take time. What if we brought in a policy of sending criminals to foreign jails and paying other countries to house them for us?
