Justice - These statistics provide a picture of restricted patients detained in, admitted to and discharged from psychiatric hospitals in England and Wales in 2007. Some trend data will be available covering the period 1997-2007. Two year re-offending figures for those patients discharged from hospital for the first time between 1999 and 2005 will also be presented.
