Had our first Xmas card today. It was from the Royal Mail. Are they trying to tell us something about how long its going to take for our cards to arrive this year?

TheEuropean Commission has confirmed that on 21 October 2008 Commission officials carried out unannounced inspections at the premises of several smart card chips producers in several Member States.
