Unison has produced an interesting leaflet which details your rights at work.  The fact sheet includes general working rights applicable to everyone, the minimum wage rates from october 2008 plus right applicable especially to young workers. youngworkersyourrights

The West Midlands Region achieved a staggering £732,581.61 in compensation for personal injuries for members. Members of this branch were paid £99624!! It pays to be a member of Unison.
