I was watching Preston North-End v Sunderland on Sky One last night - as you do. Unfortunately, I found it very difficult to concentrate on the match because there was one player who didn't compute. Step forward Jon Parkin. Look at him. He's a rugby player. What's he doing on a football pitch? I just couldn't handle it.

The Lib Dems are a poorly disciplined party. Well really they are two parties - the liberals and the SDP. The Liberals would deal with the Conservatives, the SDP with Labour ( their old home ).
