As the email puts it: No2EU activists have managed to break into the BNP-obsessed media by getting into the Question Time audience last week and on The Daily Politics today on BBC Two at noon and repeated at midnight. I just got an email back from the National School of Government, and I understand that their programmes are open to non-civil servants. However, I think you would need to approach them direct to see which courses would be appropriate - there is a link to their customer services email address on their website. Hope that helps!
