The Labour blogs have been buzzing lately after a poll emerged showing the Coalition’s approval ratings dipping in to the negative for the first time since they took office and amid increasing criticism of the cuts programme. Personally I don’t think we should pay much heed to this poll because overall I believe the majority

What a bolt from the blue! The Greek referendum promises to be a historic, whatever the outcome. Open Europe cleverly headline their piece Democracy Is Coming Home. As we know, a recent poll showed that 59% of Greeks think the new package is “negative” or “probably negative” for Greece. But the same poll also found that 72.5% of Greeks want to stay in the eurozone. So the f...

The Guardian is running the latest ICM poll today. The overall story is good for the Lib Dems – up three points to 19% (both Labour and the Tories are slightly down against the last ICM poll), and the Coalition remains stubbornly popular, still in the 55-60% range. But this is just one poll (and

FROM IAIN DALE More than 1,140 of you voted in the Total Politics blog poll and more than 75 blogs encouraged their readers to take part. The voting system used to compile this list w...

It's a little disturbing that Labour, the third party in Israeli politics, is seeing a poll boost due to the Gaza bombings. Labour Leader Ehud Barack, Israel's Defence Minister in the coalition government, has seen a marked rise in his own personal popularity.

The combined force of Labour and the Liberal Democrats party would prove to be a strong force against the Conservative party in number of supporters. If they were to announce a coalition, or the creation of a new hybrid party - would you support their efforts?
A just for fun poll to see what feelings are towards this kind of possibility if it ever came to it.
