All prescriptions are free in Wales. Scotland and Northern Ireland will abolish prescription charges soon. To be abolished in Northern Ireland. Already gone in Wales. And on the way out in Scotland. No one over 60 pays them anyway, nor does anyone who is not working, such as those who are too ill to work. Cancer patients are about to be made exempt, too. Yet Brown will not declare for total abolition. You know what you have to do.
